[Design] What is the purpose of the All collection?

Just chatted with Alec a bit and we came to this conclusion:

What if users like Alec could hide the DONE section from the
Dashboard. The DONE section would only reappear when the user is
searching. (All of your DONE stuff is really most useful in the
context of Search, especially if you have a lot of it.)

I'm not sure we could hide the DONE section out of the box, it might
be kind of confusing for your items to just disappear when you mark
them DONE, you might worry that they've been Trashed. But once users
feel like they have too much stuff in the DONE section, they can hide
it. For now it could be a simple View menu option: Show>>NOW, LATER,
DONE.

Search
We also discussed Search. Today, we are already searching the entire
repository every time you search. So, it would fairly simple to
preserve a Search query across Collections. It's hard to display the
# of search results in each collection, so in the short-term users
won't get any visual feedback that a Collection does in fact contain
search results, but we could try it as a first step in the right
direction.

Proposal
1. All searches query the entire repository (already going this today)
2. Queries are preserved as the user navigates across Collections
3. Queries need to be explicitly killed (with an x-button)
