[Design][Proposal] Lozenge shape

Okay, this almost killed me, but here is the whole enchilada. The  
color palette is rather complex, this is a prime candidate for the  
Styles project because I might kill Jeffrey with tweaks otherwise. I  
think it will take quite a bit of fine-tuning for me and Priscilla to  
get the colors just right. It might be easier to try this on Scooby  
1st before implementing it in Chandler.

Variables are:
+ Outside border color (always White)
+ Inside border pattern (None, Solid line, 4px dash + 1px space + 2px  
dash + 1px space)
+ Inside border color
+ Left - Right gradient colors versus Fill color
+ Calendar color blocks border color
+ Text color

Varies depending on Event status, Selected event versus Not-Selected  
event, Selected calendar versus Activated calendar.
