[Design] Dashboard Performance Target Scenarios

Mimi and I put together a list of potential performance scenarios for  
the dashboard. We based this on the current 0.7 dashboard plan but  
some of these features are not currently available and won't be until  
alpha3 or alpha4.

+ Creating new items
+ Editing items in place and updating in the Detail view and vice versa
+ Stamping and Unstamping items in the Table and updating in the  
Detail view and vice versa

+ Sorting on columns in the table
+ Scrollling through items in the table

+ Changing the Triage Status and having the sort update (on click  
away) (not implemented yet)
+ Explicit reordering of items by Triage Status (not implemented yet)
+ Sectioning by Triage Status (not implemented yet)
+ Drag and Drop items between triage status sections (not implemented  
yet)

+ Searching for items in the table (not fully implemented)
+ Filtering the Dashboard with the mini-cal (?) - TBD
