I started a page for the Alpha3 plan and feature list. Of course,  
once we have Alpha2 out the door and have a chance to discuss these  
items further, we tweak this as necessary.

I am working on specs right at the moment particularly for the  
Dashboard, Sharing and Stamping. I should be starting to send initial  
drafts out to the list early next week.
