[Design] [D/f] Background for current week

Hi,

I was reviewing bug 4610 (see here under attached) when it struck me 
that I often get lost looking at the calendar canvas: when you have like 
me a lot of recurring meetings, every week looks somewhat the same and 
it did happen to me more than once to create an event on the wrong week.

Did anyone else had a similar experience?

So here's an idea : have a special background (not too crude but visible 
enough to be identified) in the calendar canvas for the current week.

Also, on the summary preview, as a dogfooder myself, I have to say that 
having the day summary always on saved me several times when the main 
calendar canvas was off by a couple of weeks. So I think we should 
maintain its behavior unchanged with may be a title to make it clear (as 
suggested by Mimi in bug 4610)
