1. Tools:
+ Chandler (primarily work related items)
+ Apple iCal (I manage 2 of them, one at home and one at the office,
they are not synced 'cause I haven't purchased .mac)
+ Everything (meaning tracking stuff for Otis, family stuff etc.) is
in my paper (new yorker) calendar. I also keep track of addresses on
my mac address book at home. It is not synced w/ my mobile phone, but
tel. numbers are also backed up on a handspring and a paper (hello
kitty) address book. ;)
2. No. of Calendar & task lists
Calendars: 6
Task lists: 0 (I only use Chandler for calendaring. I've tried to use
the task list at least twice and gave up because of performance. When
I need to write down my tasks, it's always in a hurry so I can't
wait, and in the end the task lists are usually in my paper calendar.
3. No. of items in events: 45
Non-calendar items: less then 100
