Do you want these events to be separate copies of the event, or would it
be attractive for them to be recurring, with custom recurrence instead?

We should make both pasting distinct copies and paste-as-new-occurrence
reasonably easy for you in 0.7, I think.

I was thinking the same thing last week.  I'm curious, in determining
that no keyboard keys made this happen, what keys did you try (I have my
own ideas about what keys to bind to forward/back a week, I'm curious if
our ideas are the same)?
