We haven't exposed any UI for custom recurrence yet, but I've imagined
we might eventually provide power user features for this like
control-dragging in the calendar created an additional recurrence (or,
if control-drag creates does something more common like creating a copy,
control-alt-f4-numlock dragging or whatever). :)
