[Design] Design Session 2 on Stamping and Communications

Next actions:
- Jeffrey, Alec, and Morgen (have already) written up their ideas coming
out of the meeting for the list.
- Mimi and Katie will work on a storyboard that sketches out one of the
scenarios. The storyboard will focus on the longer term solution, not
any particular 0.7 milestone. The goal is to give a visual presentation
of the proposed design, to make it more concrete. It will try and
address some of the design questions raised in the meeting and in the
list discussions.
- We'll schedule another session to go over the storyboard. Once we have
a common understanding of the design, it will be time to get serious
with the engineering proposals. In the meantime, a bit of discussion
about the technical design (domain model, etc.) does help us be more
clear about the design.
