Looks like Outlook Vista has their own version of stamping:

+ You can see flagged emails as a Task view. It doesn't look like you  
can mix Flagged mails with normal Tasks.
+ You can invite other people to share Tasks by entering contacts. (I  
assume only works for fellow Exchange server users.)
