[Design] [Bstrm] Suggestions on 'mashup' for Scooby and/or Cosmo

There has been some dialogue about 'mashups' on the Scooby channel 
recently.

What is a 'mashup'?

Here are some preliminary question I'd like to propose and then we will 
follow up with an IRC session.
 
1. What are some 'mashup' ideas that could work with Scooby? What about 
Cosmo?
2. Is there a way to package this off to a contributor? Would that be an 
ideal project to have a contributor work on?
3. What technical difficulties would the development community need to 
overcome?
4. At what point are we talking about a 'mashup' (where it may lives on 
someone else's site) verses an extension that enhances the Scooby user 
experience? Or Cosmo? (similar to ad blocks for  Firefox.)
