[Design] Design Session on Use cases for Sections

I have finally written up the notes from our Sections and Partitions  
Design Session:

is to figure out how many of these use cases we need to support based  
on:

1. Usability feedback from testing Basic Dashboard in the earlier  
phases of 0.7 AND
2. Product roadmap for 1.0
