Yes.

Currently there is no Mousedown state (pressed in, darkened). The
Selected state on Windows is also non-standard.

Custom-date Ticklers are 1 type of Alarm the user can choose from.
Just as 15 minutes before an event and 15 minutes after an event are
2 different types of alarms.
For Alpha 4, we would like 2 types of alarms:
1. An alarm that goes off at some interval prior to an event start-
date/time. (e.g. 15 minutes before, 15 days before); AND
2. An alarm that goes off at a date/time specified by the user (e.g.
Aug 15, 2006 at 3:13PM)
Option 1 only exists for Events. Option 2 exists for all item kinds.
On Event items, users choose between Option 1 and 2 from a pull-down.
