[Design] Manage Share/Collection Sharing dialog

Perhaps the right thing to do in the short-term is to rename the  
'Sharing' account to 'Cosmo Sharing'.

I agree with Priss that the name 'Sharing' is confusing. In the  
context of the Accounts dialog it makes sense. But in this context it  
doesn't.

I'm not sure that having the Sharing account in and of itself in the  
Manage share dialog is inherently confusing. It's there as  
supplementary information. It doesn't replace the Collection name,  
which is still the primary way users identify shares. It's simply  
part of the profile of the share.

I agree that (via ticket) is confusing. Perhaps we can say:

FOR PUBLISHED SHARES
Sharing via: Cosmo Sharing account

FOR SUBSCRIPTIONS:
Sharing via: URL ticket

We should probably introduce the concept of a ticket to the user. So  
they understand that it is a security measure.
