[Design] 0.7 Stamping Spec

After talking to Bryan and Grant yesterday, these things came up that should
probably be added to the spec:

+ The list of communication status icons is the sort order of the
communications status column, IF we don't have secondary sort by time.

+ In the list of communication status icons, Error trumps the other states.

+ We need to be explicit that we want to de-couple the email account
pulldown and the FROM: field. We need a separate Sent by:/Edited by:/Updated
by: pulldown underneath the addressing fields.

+ Appearing and disappearing Addressing fields, (not sure where this goes,
we've discussed this in the past, not sure if it belongs here):
--When you stamp an Item to Address it, all you see are the FROM:, TO: and
Sent by: fields with the user's name in the From: field and the user's
default email account specified in the Sent by: field.
--Once you click into the addressing fields to edit however, the CC:, BCC:
fields should appear.
--When you tab out of the Addressing fields, whatever fields were unused
should disappear again.
