I have e-mail accounts whose addresses have never been publicized  
which get spam.      At home, I run my own mail server and we have a  
three level spam prevention system.

Layer 1: postgrey, which implements greylisting -- this was

Layer 2: spamassassin in learning mode

Layer 3: Mail.app junk mail filtering.

Even with all of that, I still have spam coming through.
