Fwd: [Design] What is the minimum feature set we can put up with in an early release of Chandler?

My own personal feeling is that people would accept some "small"
decline from a "full feature set email client", if and only if there
were BIG other features- specifically integration with task
management, and integration with calendar, so that these 3 key parts
function smoothly together... as we all envision they will.

How much of a decline would people accept?.. I would guess no more
than 10-15%...

Just my 2 cents.
