[Design] Manage Share/Collection Sharing dialog

It seems like we're able to re-publish a collection to a different  
server/service on the fly in the Manage share dialog AND we rename  
the Sharing account to be something more intelligable (e.g. Chandler  
Sharing Service), then it would be worth it to keep the sharing  
account pulldown in the 'Manage share' dialog.
