This is great feedback thanks for the write-up. Just a couple of

Just to clarify, did you know the data was gone or did you try and
sync and got an error? When you say backup your data, I assume you
mean that you didn't realize you could republish the collections you
had in Chandler?

Not sure what you mean here. Do you mean it's not obvious that you
use the Send button?
