[Design] [Proc] Collecting Dogfood feedback

Apologies to staff for receiving this for the 3rd time, I meant to  
post this to the list. ;o(

I realized after the ars technica debacle that we're potentially  
losing valuable dogfood feedback by providing tech support to users  
over IRC, verbally or email.

So if someone approaches you in person, on the list, or on an IRC  
channel with questions about how to do something in Chandler, please  
first elicit from them:

1. what exactly they're trying to do,
2. why they're trying to do it,
3. what they're having trouble with, and if possible,
4. what they've already tried and had fail...

...before you give them all the answers and instructions and they go  
away happy as a clam.

Especially if this interaction is over IRC or email, it'd be great to  
copy and paste it and send it to the design list with the tag [D/f]  
for Dogfood feedback.
