[Design] Email in Chandler

Hi Oren,

Your description of  server-side filters certainly gives us some  
options. Even if it's not universal, there is a set of users out  
there who could use Chandler for email even before we support  
filtering in the UI.

Just to clarify: the scenarios described on this page are for 1.0.
