[Design] MeetingRunner and natural language date parsing

I was poking around looking for source for natural language date
parsing, and I came across this piece of mysterious, potentially vapor,
software called MeetingRunner.

The MIT paper describing some of the work is here:
http://web.media.mit.edu/~hugo/publications/drafts/MeetingRunner-CIKM-liu.2.doc

(sorry its a word document - google can give you the html)

It appears to be a plugin for outlook which will scan your incoming
e-mail for meeting requests embeded in the message, like "Hey Josh, can
we get together today at noon to talk about the weather?" - there's a
screenshot in the word doc.

However, the software seems to be from 2002, wasn't open-source,
and...well.. I can't find it anywhere. But maybe someone with better
google-fu can find more information...

Alec
