I like that. That would certainly be useful and is pretty light weight.

I'd vote for that. Use the tags for the "rare" cases like: [Summary], 
[Scooby], [Cosmo]. If the traffic of one of those prefix becomes 
overwhelmingly big, it'll become clear that we need to do something 
specific (create a mailing list, other...).
