[Design] Recurrence UI wishes

Hi Folks,

Over the past month, I've had various recurrence oriented features
suggested to me.  I've listed various ideas here:

A sneak peak:

    * Additional recurrence frequency options
    * Modifications that override existing modifications
    * Rendering of recurrence (exceptions, for instance)
    * Avoiding dialogs with keystrokes
