To clarify: you mean you have deleted a shared collection from your  
sidebar, then try to subscribe to that collection's URL again?   
That's definitely fixed in the trunk, I don't know about the branch.

FYI, even though you blew away your local chandler repository, you  
could have "restored" the Home collection from Cosmo using the  
"Collection > Restore published shares" menu.
