I'm constantly creating new events in the wrong collection.

To create new event, I usually double-click the calendar.  The event
inherits whatever collection was selected at the time, and I don't
always catch that I'm in the wrong collection.

As a negative, I sometimes lose events because they were created in a
collection different than the one I wanted or thought.

I wish that the "Appears in:" affordance was at the top of the column
it's currently in so I would see it and catch myself more often.  It'd
also be nice to have it multi-selectable as part of the new event
creation process.
