[Design] Sidebar Collection icon treatments

Hi,

- Like the "tongue" better than the "squared" ones
- What about the unselected collection? Is that just the colored (blue) 
background being absent?
- Is the color of the icon/tongue fixed (i.e. blue) or is it supposed to 
match the system highlight color? (e.g. on my machine, it's orange 
because that's what I've chosen in the system prefs)
