[Design] [Cosmo] Creating new accounts while logged into Cosmo-Demo

I'd prefer some other solution. A redirect to home page might well
be surprising. If the user followed a link to "Create an account!"
or bookmarked that or even knew to type it in, would be surprised to
get redirected to a page that is definitely not a substitution for
the create account page.

A redirect to a simple error page ("You cannot do that action while
you're already logged in, click to logout") would be about the only
redirect that would not cause confusion.
