[Design] [Cosmo] [Proposal] Anonymous login with Ticket + Password

After speaking with Priscilla, I wanted to clarify something about  
the Optional Password Proposal: http://lists.osafoundation.org/

If the sharee signs up for a Cosmo Account, how difficult is it for  
us to store the Collection Password with the Account? I realized I  
was assuming that sharees wouldn't need to enter the password if they  
login with an account, but that wasn't made explicit in the write-up.
