Agree. However, if the management of complex email aliases
(joeblow.workcalendar.event at submit.osaf.com for instance) and the
mastery of arcane subject line (/event 12/15/06 it's Xmas!) becomes to
difficult or error prone, this comfort might rapidly dissipate. Just the
fact that they'll have to remember at least 2 email addresses for each
person (the "normal" email and the "calendar" email) is going to be
difficult for some to understand, unless they are motivated for
professional reasons (e.g. Coordinator).
That's why I was trying to refocus on the user scenarios and needs. I
was afraid that we were starting to loose sight of them (at least, *I*
was clearly started to become confused...).
