Yup

Yup. Want to make sure the colors that are next to each other are  
contrasty enough. Users can always change it of course, but OOTB, it  
should be optimized for contrast.

Do you need an ordering now? Or is that something I can futz around  
with in the config file.

I think only when they're different from the timezone assigned to the  
calendar canvas. It's a call-out to indicate that the tz is  
different. The text itself will be too small for most people to  
actually decipher what tz it is.
