[Design] Potential hitch with event lozenge visual syntax

Hi Mimi,

In your last picture of event lozenges
(http://lists.osafoundation.org/pipermail/design/2006-May/004780.html),
there are no D-shaped events.  The D-shape signals (well, the absence of
the D) seem to have been replaced with FYI/@time/anytime color
inversion, but I wanted to make sure that was right.

Also, do you care about the order of the other-collections swatches?

What should happen when there isn't enough room to display all the swatches?

When should the timezone abbreviation appear?  Presumably never when
timezones aren't turned on, otherwise always display abbreviations
unless the event doesn't have one (floating or all day or anytime)?
