I think we want to disable this feature because it adds complexity to
the whole issue of visually distinguishing between "the selected
calendar that is on top" versus "overlayed calendars that are
underneath."
Given that:
1. Users won't be able to delete OOTB collections
2. Deleting multiple user-defined collections will be a relatively
rare use case...
How do you feel about disabling shift-click in the sidebar?
