[Design][Proposal] Lozenge shape

I've done another round of tweaks, most notably:

1. FYI items now look like @Time and Anytime events. This makes more  
sense because FYI events are more like @Time and Anytime events. They  
don't take up any of your time, they don't affect your free-busy,  
they don't affect the busy bars.

2. An alternative design for the Tentative event status bar. Please  
compare the Wed/3:30PM event with the Tues/15 minute event at 12:25PM.

3. @Time and 15 minute events don't display the start time. However,  
if they're in a different timezone, we can add the timezone  
superscript to the end of the Event title.

4. I've added back in "/T" (see the Thur/1:00 PM event) to show that  
the item is a Task on the calendar. I think whether an event has been  
sent/received is less interesting. But we could have "/IN" or "/OUT"  
as well.

Tangent:
Priscilla did some preliminary visual mock-ups for Scooby where she  
had a thicker divider line at 12PM (noon). Which inspired me to  
wonder if we extended the line to the left of the "12"... it would  
help the user figure out Morning versus Afternoon a lot faster.  
(Mitch also mentioned being confused when the event lozenges get so  
narrow that the AM/PM label disappears. This might help to address  
that problem.)
