[Design] Chandler alpha2 data migration plan

Since alpha 2 is only a few weeks away, we are overdue posting the
plans for migrating users from 0.6 or 0.6.1 to 0.7alpha2. In summary,
it's a bit ugly but there is a migration path. We are working towards
a better solution for 0.7.

Non Shared Data:

+ The migration path for non-shared data will support calendar data
only.
+ Users will have to manually export their calendars, then re-import
them into 0.7alpha2.
+ Each calendar will have to be handled individually since we will
not have an export/import all feature.
+ Any tasks, notes and emails that are not shared will be lost.

Shared Data:

Currently Cosmo Demo is running Cosmo 0.2.8. Cosmo 0.3 will release
about the same time as Chandler 0.7alpha2 but we don't quite know
when we will officially upgrade Cosmo Demo. QA will be covering all
test scenarios to make sure alpha 2 runs against both Cosmo 0.2.8 and
0.3.

+ Any shares that users have published can be restored using the
restore item in the collection menu.
+ Users will have to resubscribe to all previous shares using the
original tickets they used for 0.6 or 0.6.1.
+ Since we can currently share any type of Chandler item, restoring
shares will handle more than just calendar events.
+ If you have a Work collection that is shared and a Home collection
that is not shared AND an event appears on both calendars, you need
to do the restore before the import since the shared version will
have the original UUID.
+ In general we will tell users to restore shares before importing
other calendars.
+ In reference to Morgen's post about backwards compatibility with
0.6 shared collections, Chandler 0.6 and 0.6.1 will be able to sync
shares with 0.7alpha 2 users.

Since we do not have a solution to restore everything in one-step for
alpha2, we plan to communicate this in a readme and/or on the landing
page. We will look at modifying the "old repository message" to
provide more detail and perhaps a link to the migration instructions.
We will also be working with Heikki and Bear to explore our options
on the installer side.
