[Design] Scooby 0.2 specs

I just wanted to let people know that we have some preliminary 0.2  
specs in progress. Similarly to Chandler, you can find these in the  
table at the bottom of the Scooby 0.2 planning page.

Keep in mind these are first drafts and don't yet have detailed  
visuals as well as relevant developer details. I just wanted to let  
people know they were there.
