[Design] More dogfood feedback

This one happens on linux for sure, I am not sure about Mac or  
Windows.  When the reminder dialog pops up and there is only a single  
reminder, we ought to select that reminder.   Right now you have to  
click to select that single reminder, and then click the snooze/ 
dismiss button.
