sure, but for me its hidden in a firefox tab. it would be a waste of
space for me to leave my calendar visible at all times, since i use it
mainly for inputting data (i glance at it maybe two or three times a
day to get a rough picture of what's happening in the next few hours).
IM notification, of course, would cause adium to throw up a dialog
and/or play sounds - things which interrupt my normal activities.
that's what i'm after, not wasting part of my display ;)
