The chat->web integration code is pretty new (it would use the same  
mechanism as gmail does), so give it time, and you'll likely see IM  
integration.. :-)  SMS would seem like the thing to hit first -  
anybody who can receive IM on their phone can likely receive SMS, and  
if you're sitting in front of your computer, it's not that big of a  
deal to keep the calendar open somewhere.
