The quick add feature is really nice and worked for me.

I entered three different event strings:

Eat at Joe's
Go to the Gym at 5pm
Drop off car on Saturday at 10am

"Eat at Joe's" appeared as an all day event on the current day.
"Go to Gym at 5pm" appeared at 5pm as an event on the current day.
"Drop off car on Saturday at 10am" appeared as an event on the follow
Saturday at 10am.

Another really nice feature is SMS notifications which can be sent to
one's cell phone / pager.

As others have stated the importing of Calendar's still needs some work.
