[Design] 0.7 dogfood performance targets update

Based on the events/tasks survey we sent out a couple of weeks ago, I  
compiled a summary (below) from all the responses we received. Our  
motivation for sending this out in the first place was so we could  
use this data as a basis for the 0.7 dogfood performance targets.  
Based on this data, it looks as though we will  focus on  
approximately 2000 items (1500 events, 500 tasks).

The next steps are...

+ to come up with a representative data set we can use
+ finalize the list of dogfood performance scenarios
