Another option, from an older PIM: F9/10 - prev/next week; F7/8 - 
prev/next month; F5/6 - prev/next year. I guess it made more sense on the 
old AT-style keyboards with 10 function keys on the left edge. :-)

But I love the Ctrl/Alt/Shift + forward and backward arrows.
