[Design] 0.7 calendar feature candidates

That's great, thanks Alec. Originally, Mimi and I were going to send
out this list and have people prioritize all the features (how
important people feel these are for using the calendar). We thought
it was worth spending some time brainstorming the list first in case
there are other feature suggestions that are not included. Getting a
swag for what is there so far is really helpful though.
