[Design] Note on alarms

One might also point out that alarms are only useful
if you are nearby and hear them. Most people other
than software developers do not spend the majority of
their time near a computer. Hence, synching of
alarmed events to handhelds and smartphones like the
Treo would be critical for this to be really useful in
the mainstream consumer / small biz markets.
