[Design] Thoughts on a browser parcel?

Has there been any talk about a browser parcel (capplet?)  Might it be
possible to "just" (easy enough for me to say, I realize) package Firebird
as a parcel?  The idea of having an embedded browser, with which I could
save clippings or entire pages directly into the searchable, massagable,
intertwinglable Chandler repository, fills me with great joy.  This might
also be a quick way to show many people the light about Chandler - lots of
browsers out there, and scads of databases, but the world is crying out for
a happy marriage of the two.
