The RAP (Repository Access Python *1) standard with a decent Python example
for access should provide enough seed for a flurry of data exporters to be
written by the community.

I think "example to kickstart community export" is worth having as an
explicit goal - it may force someone to make an internal document a bit
clearer.


*1 yeah I know the P stands for Protocol but I like the Indiana Jones-like
idea of a giant guardian Python laid across the doorway to the Repository.
