[Design] help on workflow features list

Gang --

I am not all that familiar with email workflow applications -- things 
like Outlook Forms and Zaplets.  As a result, the Possible Email 
Workflow Features page
       http://wiki.osafoundation.org/bin/view/Main/TrackEmailWorkflow
is a bit thin.

If you have some experience using various email workflow applications, 
it would help me if you could flesh out the above page.
