[Design] InfoSelect (exporting data)Philip Trauring Fri, 7 Mar 2003 17:27:27 -0500
Strong template (or is that style-sheet?)-based exporting of data would be great. I added 'template-based printing' to the E-mail features wiki - but this could apply to any data set, for printing or exporting. Eastgate System's Tinderbox (http://www.eastgate.com/tinderbox/) excels at template-based exporting and we should look to it for ideas (sorry Mark - but it's a great product and I'd love it's features in my PIM as well - imitation is the highest form of flattery, right?). Tinderbox is also a great outliner.
