An interesting question is what to actually "do" with the messages
on the IMAP when they are marked "done". 

For example, they could be left in the INBOX and flagged as "done" **,
moved to a "Done" folder, moved to a folder by email address, etc.

Of course, it's largly irrelevant for Chandler, but if you ever hit
this IMAP store with another mailer, it's probably nice to not have
ALL your email stil in the INBOX. :)

   Exchange Server.
