[Design] pointer to Haystack presentationJim McCusker Mon, 16 Jun 2003 23:00:27 -0400
I downloaded Haystack and must say that it's impressive, albiet SLOW. There seems to be a lot of common functional elements between Chandler's goals and Haystack's current implementation. I'm not sure if Mitch was surprised or disappointed about finding Haystack, but it should only serve to prove that Chandler's goals are in line with many others. >From: florin@iucha.net (Florin Iucha) >To: design@osafoundation.org >Subject: Re: [Design] pointer to Haystack presentation >Date: Mon, 16 Jun 2003 21:03:14 -0500 > >On Mon, Jun 16, 2003 at 06:22:04PM -0700, Blake Ramsdell wrote: > > > -----Original Message----- > > > From: design-admin@osafoundation.org > > > [mailto:design-admin@osafoundation.org] On Behalf Of Mitch Kapor > > > Sent: Monday, June 16, 2003 12:24 PM > > > To: design@osafoundation.org > > > Subject: [Design] pointer to Haystack presentation > > > > > > Great, quick, current introduction to the nearest thing like > > > Chandler, > > > Haystack.
